  • Neuropixels (1.0 and 2.0) and multishank silicon arrays using Phy​

  • tetrodes using MClust

  • both rodent and NHP animal models

For large data files, we use encrypted and easy-to-use data transfer platforms such as WeTransfer, JumpShare, Globus and/or AWS with separate accounts set up for each client. Alternatively, a client utilizing our manual curation services could generate their own smaller files, for example, by saving only the wave-forms in Phy.
